This shopping center had a dated appearance that was in desperate need of updating. All awnings were removed, the whole façade was re-stuccoed, modern metal awnings were installed at each suite. Asphalt patching and additional parking lot lighting were also installed. The result being a fresh new look, increased foot traffic, and more occupied units.
